The Opportunity
As our Marketing & Partnerships Manager, you’ll be responsible for growing our customer base through winning and maintaining key partnerships as well as planning and executing nationwide advertising campaigns.
This is a broad and varied role, so we’re looking for a proactive self-starter capable of managing a wide range of channels. The ideal candidate will coordinate offline advertising campaigns, execute the local marketing strategy, build relationships with local communities and deliver new, impactful partnerships.
This Role is Full Time
* Starting: ASAP
* Hybrid working pattern – 3 days from the office and 2 days from home.
* Salary: £30,000.00 – £40,000.00 per year
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
* Deliver against the Spectrum Storage Group’s marketing strategy to delivered targeted growth across all products services.
* Manage campaign delivery, with a focus on offline channels.
* Develop lasting partnerships within student accommodation, universities and service providers across the UK to generate widespread student advertising opportunities.
* Generate local marketing opportunities for all self-storage sites, including maximising signage opportunities, building local community links and networking.
* Plan and attend marketing events, including student events, to grow our customer base and exhibiting at industry conferences.
* Ensure the LOVESPACE and Storebox brand messages are strong and consistent across all channels and assets.
* Weekly and monthly reporting on all aspects of marketing performance.

* Proven experience of managing campaigns to meet agreed targets and KPIs.
* Proven experience of building long-term external partnerships.
* Highly organized – capable of deploying multiple concurrent campaigns at scale.
* Creative - able to suggest and try new avenues for growth.
* Comfortable with understanding, analysing and reporting on performance across all channels.
