Starting Salary: £23,500 (negotiable with industry experience)

In order to deliver ‘A Cut Above’ brand image and standards of communication, the Marketing Coordinator is responsible for driving growth and customer engagement by ensuring our marketing calendar is robust and will support the Chisholm Hunter brand positioning in line with company objectives. The Marketing Co-ordinator will maintain and nurture relationships with brand partners, manage day-to-day of social media platforms and will co-ordinate Chisholm Hunter events.
There will be a requirement to be flexible in relation to hours worked, in particular, during peak periods where additional hours may be required at short notice to ensure the business needs are met. We also require flexibility from this role in providing local in store support, particularly during peak trading times.
The role will be mainly office based but may sometimes need to travel to our Stores or attend relevant Brand events and conferences.
Key Responsibilities
1.Research, plan, produce and co-ordinate the social media and event marketing plan in conjunction with key stakeholders (brand partners etc)
2. Manage day to day posting on social channels, responsible for the look and feel of the social feeds, responsible for responding to customer messages, creation of content/videos/social competitions
3. Manage the Influencer marketing strategy by building and maintaining strong relationships with key influencers to drive brand awareness and engagement
4. Create and work according to a social calendar/marketing calendar
5. Project manage, and lead on Events to promote Chisholm Hunter instore, online, as well as externally (for example Charity support)
6. Define and deliver all CRM activities including developing direct mail campaigns and any activities required to increase sales from existing customers
7.Intimately understand the customer and work with Digital Copywriter to ensure all activities have appropriate tone of voice
8.Manage relationships with any third-party marketing agencies, brand partners, shopping centre stakeholders etc
9.Understand and drive customer lifetime value
10.Monitor competitors' marketing activity and customer emails to ensure that Chisholm Hunter stays a Cut Above competitors - highlighting opportunities to Head of Ecommerce
11. Lead campaign ideation projects and deliver cohesive cross-channel marketing campaigns
12.Weekly and monthly reporting on all KPI’s by monitoring and reporting on performance across all areas of marketing activity
* Demonstrable experience in marketing and campaign management.
* Proficiency in web analytics tools.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to turn creative ideas into impactful projects.
