Key Responsibilities:
* Safeguarding and Wellbeing: Ensure the safety and wellbeing of children (ages 11-18) and their families by delivering creative, high-quality interventions. Act as their single point of contact and coordinate a holistic, temporary support offer.
* Team Management: Lead and develop an allocated staff team, ensuring effective support through coaching, mentoring, case supervision, and training.
* Case Management: Deliver effective case management to improve practice and performance, benefiting children and families.
* Service Development: Support and develop key themes within the VAS offer to meet the existing and emerging needs of children and their families.
