The role of the Business Development Manager Contract Kitchens will involve:
* Contract Business Development Manager position selling our clients manufactured range of contract kitchens.
* Focusing on PBSA, student accommodation, PRS and build to rent marketplace.
* All of your time will be focused on selling to tier 1 contractors such as MACE, Skanska, Grahams, Galliford Try, Kier, GMI, etc.
* Inundated with incoming high-rise leads for you to pursue.
* Once up & running, will be expected to turnover circa £2m.
The ideal applicant will be a Business Development Manager Contract Kitchens with:
* Experience selling to tier 1 contractors.
* Experience selling contract kitchens.
* Ability to communicate at all levels.
* Charismatic, personable, professional, and confident.
* IT literate.
