In this role, you will focus on identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities, with a strong emphasis on lead generation and strategic outreach. Key Responsibilities New Business Development – Identify, engage, and secure new clients through proactive outreach, networking, and market research. Client Relationship Management – Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty. Consultative Selling – Work closely with internal account managers and technical teams to deliver tailored IT solutions that align with client business objectives. Proposals & Quotations – Prepare compelling proposals, clearly outlining value propositions, ROI, and commercial benefits. Follow up effectively to convert opportunities into closed deals. Industry Expertise – Stay informed about the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to provide strategic recommendations to clients. Key RequirementsEssential: Minimum 2 years’ experience in a sales role within the Managed Service Provider (MSP) industry (e.g., Business Development Manager, Sales Executive, or Area Sales Consultant). Proven ability to drive new business through outreach, prospecting, and strategic lead generation. Strong understanding of Microsoft Cloud Applications and IT solutions. Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a customer-first approach. Resides within commutable distance to the regional office and available for client meetings within the area. Ability to work hybrid (minimum 2 days per week in the office). Desirable: Business-related degree or relevant certifications in sales methodologies, CRM software, or IT domains such as cloud services or cybersecurity. Why Join Us?
