This successful small private company in Central London is seeking a Bookkeeper / Accounts Assistant to work closely with the Head of Finance, Operations Manager, and CEO.
Hybrid - based 3 days in the office in Central London and 2 days from home and will include:
1. Reporting to the Head of Finance
2. All-round bookkeeper role - ledgers, reconciliations, month-end, etc.
3. Process purchase ledger invoices and staff expenses and deal with supplier queries
4. Raise sales ledger invoices and deal with bank receipts from customers
5. Process bank payments and deal with bank reconciliations
6. Office admin support, customer updates, correspondence, insurance, utilities
Strong relevant experience as a Bookkeeper / Accounts Assistant is essential, along with flexibility to assist with admin.
