This is a hybrid role Monday to Friday, office hours will be based at Wokingham Community Hospital. The post holder will have day to day operational responsibility for delivery and management of the Westcall Out of Hours GP service. In this role you will work alongside the Urgent Care Senior Management team, Operational Leads, Finance Managers, and Performance and Informatics Colleagues. To be responsible for ensuring business continuity is undertaken, planned, and monitored To manage the resource for Westcall ensuring there is appropriate service cover through rota management and contingency planning.
