My client is a leading residential estate management company, managing over 150 exclusive and beautifully landscaped developments across the UK. They are seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join their busy team on a temporary basis, with the opportunity for permanent employment.
Responsibilities:
1. Customer service
2. Administration
3. Diary management
4. Supporting the Area Manager with typing up general letters and correspondence
5. Dealing effectively with all telephone and email enquiries
6. Monitoring the Area Manager's mailbox
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year's experience in administration or customer service and be willing to learn new systems.
