Job Overview
Ossett Academy is seeking to appoint an Operational Inclusion Manager to lead on smooth daytime operations and promote positive behaviour in and around the academy. This role involves working collaboratively with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), academy colleagues, pupils, and their parents/carers.
Key Responsibilities
1. Maintain a presence throughout the academy at key operational times.
2. Manage the programme of behaviour interventions for key cohorts of pupils.
3. Oversee detention duties and break and lunch duties.
4. Communicate effectively with colleagues, pupils, and parents.
5. Act as a positive role model to all pupils.
6. Challenge and motivate pupils, promoting and reinforcing behaviour strategies in line with the academy’s policies and Standards for Success.
