We are looking for a dedicated Senior Care Assistant to lead and support our night team, ensuring our residents receive the highest standard of care. Your leadership will play a vital role in maintaining a positive and compassionate atmosphere in our home.
What You'll Do
Lead the Night Team - Oversee and support care staff, ensuring a smooth-running shift
Deliver High-Quality Care - Assist residents with personal care, mobility, and daily routines
Administer Medication - Manage, document, and oversee medication processes
Person-Centred Approach - Uphold dignity, independence, and wellbeing in every interaction
Team Leadership - Provide guidance, mentorship, and motivation to your team
Documentation & Compliance - Keep care plans and risk assessments up to date
Respond to Emergencies - Act swiftly and professionally to ensure resident safety
SVQ/NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or actively working towards it)
Medication administration training & competency
Strong leadership skills - Ability to guide, support, and motivate a team

Contract: Full Time Salary: £13.00 Per Hour Shift Type: Nightshift Contracted hours: Full Time or Part Time, £13.00 per hour (Full time or Part Time contract)
Shift: 8PM - 8AM (Full-time & part-time contracts available)
