Salary: £32,500 - £38,500 pro rata depending on relevant skills, knowledge and experience. The expected salary range for this role reflects internal benchmarking and external market insights.

Job Introduction
We are looking for a talented studio-based Senior Technical Operator to join the team in Bristol.
We have a multi-media broadcast centre operated by a team of multi-skilled programme-makers and journalists working across the output, seven days a week. We cover Bristol, Wiltshire, Somerset and Gloucestershire on television, online and on radio.
Main Responsibilities
As a senior technical operator, you will be working across a number of gallery studio-based roles, including technical manager, sound mixer, bulletin director, graphic designer, or editor.
Are you the right candidate?
* At least two, preferably three, studio-based core skills.
* Strong people skills with the ability to build and maintain good working relationships.
* Highly motivated with an understanding of the demands of regional news.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
* Good attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure.
* Flexible approach to work, including the ability to work unsocial hours.
