We have an exciting opportunity to be part of our document production team (DPT) who are looking for a new assistant to join them. After an initial training period in Tunbridge Wells, the position can be based from home with regular visits to the Tunbridge Wells office. About the Role Our document production team (DPT) are looking for a new assistant to join them. The operating hours of DPT are 8.00am – 7.00pm, and this is a full time role. The DPT team are a centralised function responsible for producing a wide range of legal documents and correspondence, working across all practice areas and with a diverse range of internal teams. You will be producing accurate and high quality audio and script work using a number of our software packages and our document management system. Having a passion for technology will be crucial in this role. About you With your previous experience of working in a similar role or possibly as a legal secretary, you will have excellent strong organisation skills and ability prioritise your own workload, while keeping level-headed in a busy working environment. Ensuring documents are completed within specified time frames, providing regular updates to fee earners and legal secretaries where appropriate and providing detailed handover notes for colleagues at the end of your shift to ensure continuity of quality and client care. You will have excellent knowledge of word, excel, powerpoint, pdfDocs and Bundledocs, although training will be provided. The document production team service hours are 8.00am – 7.00pm Monday to Friday inclusive. Individual working patterns will be required to fit in with these service hours.
