Key Responsibilities:1. Operations Management Support:
* Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the management and the team, including managing schedules, organising meetings, and handling correspondence.
* Prepare reports, presentations, and documents for internal and external stakeholders.
* Ensure smooth communication by managing emails, calls, and messages, responding promptly when necessary.
2. Growth and Strategic Initiatives:
* Conduct research on emerging technologies, markets, and impact investing opportunities.
* Collaborate with the managers to identify potential prospects for their businesses.
* Compile and present data-driven insights to support decision-making across the group of companies.
3. Representation and Coordination:
* Represent the management in meetings when required, taking detailed notes and reporting back with actionable summaries.
* Attend necessary events, both locally and internationally, as a representative of Emerging Alpha Capital.
* Coordinate and assist with activities across the group of companies managed or owned by the Principals.
4. Cross-Group Support:
* Provide operational and administrative assistance across the entire group of companies.
* Actively collaborate with teams to streamline workflows and enhance organisational efficiency.
* Support other departments and initiatives as required.
5. Proactive Contribution and Professional Development:
* Actively self-learn and execute tasks without requiring continuous supervision.
* Demonstrate a proactive and hardworking attitude, showing a desire to learn and grow.
* Identify operational challenges and propose effective solutions.
* Other responsibilities as required by the company.
Requirements:Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
* At least 2 years of experience in a similar role involving operations, growth, or administrative support.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Notion, relevant research tools, and a demonstrated ability to quickly adapt to and utilise new technologies effectively.
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
