We are working with a leading provider of large-format graphics based in Hertfordshire, to find a proactive and organised Office Manager to join their team. This is a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office, supporting various departments, and helping the business thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide Admin support to the various departments of the business including sales, accounts, project management and production.
* Managing office facilities, ensuring everything is in working order.
* Providing admin support to the Directors including taking meeting notes and co-ordinating travel arrangements.
* Handling courier bookings.
* Manage supplier relationships, ensuring value for money and buying efficiencies, maintaining accurate stock records and ensuring timely delivery of materials.
* Providing admin support for ISO and other industry accreditation applications.
What We’re Looking For:
* A dynamic, organised individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Strong experience in office or studio management, ideally within a design studio, production house, or printing company.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.
* Ability to start immediately or on short notice.
