We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Marketing & Personal Assistant to support the Senior Leadership team in daily operations. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for assisting with various marketing activities to promote our trust central offer and our schools. If you are a proactive individual with a passion for marketing and strong organisational skills we would be delighted to receive your application. #PURPOSE OF POST: To lead and manage the communications activity of the Good Shepherd Trust, considering individual organisational communications and wider coordinated communications for the Trust. This post requires dedication and a highly efficient and responsible approach. This role is also essential for ensuring smooth communication and efficient administrative processes within the organisation, managing both personal and professional tasks. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, able to anticipate needs, keen attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and maintain confidentiality whilst delivering high-quality administrative support in a fast-paced environment.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
· Planning, developing and executing marketing communication campaigns across digital platforms and print media.
· Tracking and reporting on the effectiveness of campaigns (including marketing spend) to optimize current and future marketing activities.
· Supporting with writing copy for all marketing collateral including brochures, letters, emails, websites and CEO updates to stakeholders.
· Designing marketing materials such as posters, banners, sales materials, etc. to promote Trust activities, with a focus on enhancing marketing efforts within our schools.
· Attending and organising the marketing for company-wide events and promoting over social media platforms.
Quality assuring and maintaining Trust/school websites to ensure content is relevant and up to date, as well as monitoring data analytics of website performance with Google Analytics.
· Carrying out research of social media handles and groups, to support with the next academic year’s recruitment campaigns for both Teaching School and Teacher Recruitment.
· Maintain associated files, records and documentation as requested.
· Draft emails, reports, and other correspondence on behalf of the executive.
· Liaise with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders professionally. Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
· Maintain an organised filing system and ensure all documents are easily accessible.
· Manage incoming communications, including phone calls and emails, demonstrating excellent phone manner.
· Coordinate meetings and events, ensuring all logistics are handled smoothly.
· Perform general office duties.
· Handle confidential information with discretion.
· Coordinate events and personal errands as required.
