A dynamic and rapidly expanding business in the property development and healthcare industries is seeking a Graphic Design and Marketing Executive. This is a unique, multi-brand role that involves overseeing and innovating design and marketing efforts across two distinct business areas (B2B & B2C). This position is ideal for a highly creative, strategic individual eager to drive brand engagement and enhance social media presence.
Role Summary
The Marketing Executive will be responsible for managing the visual identity and social media strategies for both a property development brand and a healthcare services brand. You’ll have a lead role in creating cohesive marketing materials, engaging social media content, and nurturing online communities. This role requires someone who can think creatively, organize effectively, and communicate both visually and verbally to enhance brand awareness and audience interaction.
Responsibilities
* Design Consistency: Develop and maintain consistent brand identity across all marketing materials.
* Social Media: Regularly design, post, and schedule engaging content across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) and write accompanying copy.
* Project Updates: Create, update, and refine project brochures, teaser documents, and other promotional assets.
* Email Marketing: Design and manage monthly email newsletters and thought pieces via Mailchimp.
* Document Design: Ensure all official documentation (e.g., forms, contracts) aligns with brand standards using Adobe suite tools.
* Community Engagement: Actively monitor, moderate, and respond to online interactions to grow the brand’s digital presence.
* PR and Campaign Analysis: Work with external PR teams on press releases and provide analysis on campaign performance to track effectiveness.
* Event Support: Assist in planning, organizing, and executing company events.
* Performance Tracking: Produce performance reports to analyse growth and reach across social media platforms.
