This new and exciting role sits within our national Marketing Solutions team, which has responsibility for the marketing activity of RLB’s sectors and services. As Marketing Coordinator, you will support the implementation of strategies to develop RLB’s marketing and business development in key sectors and markets, help to enhance customer engagement, and support the generation of work-winning opportunities. In this national role, you will collaborate with colleagues in the wider Sales and Marketing team, and sector and service-based colleagues located across the UK and Europe region, with a focus on campaign coordination, content creation, event support, and audience research. Supporting a variety of marketing activities, this hands-on role requires strong coordination and communication skills. You will take initiative in developing digital content creation to showcase RLB's capabilities and expertise. Utilising CRM intelligence, you will help to deliver targeted campaigns and events aligned with marketing plan objectives to generate high-quality leads and nurture opportunities. You will also cultivate a comprehensive understanding of our sectors, services and market solutions, and contribute to our understanding of clients, key buyers and market audiences. Key Responsibilities Assist with the development, delivery and monitoring of sector and service marketing campaigns and key buyer programmes, tracking performance, engagement and ROI. Support our client targeting by researching prospective audiences and industry trends to inform marketing strategies. Utilise CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics) to develop and deliver email marketing initiatives, ensuring timely execution and performance metrics. Create content for internal and external audiences, including website, intranet and social media posts, in collaboration with our Marketing Solutions and Brand and Communications teams. Support the planning and organisation of sector events, conferences, and networking opportunities, ensuring effective representation of RLB. Contribute to and coordinate the development of marketing collateral, ensuring all materials align with brand guidelines. Work with our bid and strategic pursuits team as needed to support pre-positioning activities and bid-related marketing efforts. Support Strategic Account programme marketing and business development initiatives where required. Maintain and update marketing trackers and collateral shared in team SharePoint hubs. Assist in monitoring marketing budgets to ensure planned tactics are cost-effective solutions. Person Specification RLB is looking for an enthusiastic, creative and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator with some experience in B2B and professional services marketing. You will possess a proactive attitude, a zest for creativity, have excellent communication skills, and demonstrate a willingness to learn and progress within a collaborative marketing team. Essential Skills & Experience: At least one year of experience in a hands-on marketing role. B2B or professional services experience would be valued though not essential. Practical involvement with lead-generation marketing campaigns and tactics. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel). Experience working with a marketing CRM system (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative with a keen interest in generating engaging content for diverse audiences. Strong organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and reprioritise as required. Collaborative with confidence working across multiple teams and stakeholders. Desirable Skills & Experience: A degree in marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Basic design knowledge (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or other design software). Experience in social media content creation for digital channels (LinkedIn, Instagram). Experience in event planning and coordination. Experience in delivering outbound email marketing campaigns.
