ABOUT THE POSITION The Senior Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies for Materials Solutions group of products in the heavy equipment sector, from ideation to post-launch analysis. About The Role Lead new product launch strategy. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product management departments to ensure alignment with market needs and business objectives. Manage key trade shows and industry events to showcase product lines, drive brand awareness, and generate business opportunities. Coordinate logistics, booth design, and promotional activities to maximize engagement and ROI. Oversee the full product launch cycle, ensuring seamless coordination between all functional areas. Develop product messaging, positioning, and promotional strategies that resonate with target customers across multiple international markets. Coordinate with the marketing team on digital marketing efforts to drive awareness and generate leads for new products. Leverage SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media, email campaigns, and paid advertising to build a robust pipeline of qualified customers. Measure and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI. Work closely with the sales and product management departments to forge an in-depth understanding of and stay privy to market changes, customer pain points, emerging trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for new product development. Develop customer-centric marketing strategies that foster long-term relationships and brand loyalty, including post-launch customer engagement programs and feedback loops. Work closely with the sales and product management departments to track and report on the performance of marketing initiatives. Supervisor and Leadership Expectations The Product Marketing Manager will have at least two direct reports to support the development of marketing assets. This role is expected to lead product marketing initiatives within the group and will foster close relationships with the sales, product management, and marketing departments. Required Criteria Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 4 years focused on new product development and launches in the heavy equipment industry or a related industrial sector. Proven track record of managing successful product launches in global markets. Strong background in digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content creation, and analytics. International experience in marketing, with the ability to adapt strategies to diverse cultural and regional needs. Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet deadlines. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data to optimize marketing campaigns. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging for diverse audiences. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
