Escape Recruitment Services Commercial Division are recruiting for our client, a successful manufacturing organisation based in the Stirling area; they have an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR Administrator to join them on a permanent basis.
Responsibilities Include
1. Updating and maintaining HR database
2. Minute taking at HR meetings
3. Compiling confidential letters
4. Maintaining HR spreadsheets and trackers
5. Collate and record sickness absence
6. Support with recruitment
7. New start inductions
8. Producing HR reports
9. Updating training database and documents
10. Liaising with training providers
11. Maintaining health & safety compliance records
12. Organising and booking training courses
13. Maintain HR budget spreadsheet
Background Required
1. Previous HR administration experience
2. Relevant HR qualification such as Degree &/or CIPD preferred
3. Exceptional communication skills
4. Excellent planning, coordination and prioritising skills
5. Confident IT skills including MS Office, HR/CRM/ERP systems
6. Able to use initiative to complete tasks
