You will primarily focus on sourcing candidates from key locations, scheduling interviews, and ensuring a smooth recruitment process. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Source, screen, and shortlist candidates from key target locations using a variety of platforms and tools. Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline to meet client demands. Conduct pre-screening calls to assess candidate suitability for roles. Organise and manage candidate databases for effective communication and tracking. Schedule interviews and follow-ups between candidates and clients. Ensure candidates are prepared and informed about job opportunities and interview processes. Coordinate start dates and onboarding processes with clients and candidates. Provide on-call support to manage urgent resourcing needs and address client or candidate queries. Handle last-minute scheduling changes and resolve issues efficiently. Collaborate with the team and ensure smooth operations. Work closely with the recruitment consultants and senior managers to understand client requirements. Maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring a positive experience for both. Key Skills and Attributes: Previous Experience: Ideally, prior experience in recruitment or sales, with a proven ability to meet targets and build relationships. Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with candidates and clients.
