Job Overview As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be the architect of career revolutions. Your days will be a blend of research, sales, and relationship building through client and candidate management. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process and delivering exceptional service to ensure the best possible match for both parties.
Client Management:
Identifying and developing strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and business objectives Providing expert advice and tailored recruitment solutions to clients Conducting regular client meetings to review progress, gather feedback, and ensure satisfaction Networking to build business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities Provide clients with market insights and advice on salary benchmarks, hiring trends, and talent availabilityCandidate Sourcing and Management:
Writing and posting compelling job advertisements to attract suitable candidates Proactively source and attract high quality candidates through various channels Conducting thorough candidate interviews, assessments a reference checks to determine suitability for roles Offering CV, interview and general career advice Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations Managing and maintaining a robust candidate database Negotiating salary packages and presenting suitable candidates to clientsWhat will you bring?
