Join The Recruitment Co. at our well-established Daventry branch to develop and grow a dual desk that supplies Temporary staff to our clients within the Industrial and Commercial sector.
Some of your day-to-day responsibilities as a Recruitment Consultant in Daventry will include:
1. Produce vacancy and booking profiles alongside well written adverts to attract the best talent
2. Adequately source and select applicants, match to roles available and potential future talent pipeline
3. Working to targets and understanding of your sales pipeline
4. Production, implementation and execution of basic sales plans
5. Understand market share, competitors, opportunities, pipeline contingency, pricing, future actions and control mechanisms to ensure you are achieving budget expectations
6. Continual increase of productivity and sales activity to achieve year on year growth of sales revenue, margins and profit ensuring an exceptional fulfilment rate for client service levels working as a 360 Recruitment Consultant
7. Regular weekly client visits and therefore ideally you will be a driver with access to your own vehicle
8. Business to Business Sales and Business Development calls and face to face visits

11. You can join as a Trainee if you have no recruitment but do have outbound direct business to business sales experience and would like to develop your career in the Recruitment industry
