About the role
Our Balfour Beatty Highways business has a terrific opportunity for a Land Access Co-ordinator for our Lower Thames Crossing project .

We provide specialist, reliable, sustainable and creative advice for asset management planning and implementation in the UK. We put our customers first and prioritise completing schemes safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
What you'll be doing
* Manage Land Access Tracker, data collection, collation, and analysis of Land Plots.
* Maintain and update Land Files.
* Coordinate and undertake (or manage supplier resource) for the pre-condition surveys.
* Monitor LTC Roads North Land Access Management Plan, Land File, handover, monitoring use of land, soils, and hand back process.
* Promote a positive environmental culture through proactive engagement and communications with project teams, including the supply chain.
* Build and develop relationships with all relevant internal and external stakeholders.
* Coordinate pre-entry condition surveys including written and photographic records undertaken jointly with the landowner.
* Working with the client Lands Team to undertake assessment of future claims for compensation made by landowners
Who we're looking for
* Degree Level qualified (desirable) or working towards Diploma accredited from the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
* Relevant experience in Agriculture or Civil Engineering, or related similar discipline such as Rural Enterprise and Land Management (REALM) is desirable.
* Relevant CSCS Card.
* Knowledge of Energy and Carbon (PAS 2080) (desirable).
* Understanding of investigation (root cause analysis) techniques for Environment and Health Safety incident investigation.
* Experience of taking notes and records of meetings with client, stakeholders or supply chain.
* Experience in construction environment (desirable).
