About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Management Team Leader to join our team and contribute to the success of our well-established builders, plumbers & timber merchants.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of showroom staff, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional customer service and seamless operations.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading a team of showroom staff to deliver excellent customer experience
* Coordinating daily operations, including sales, customer service, and inventory management
* Developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and improve efficiency
The ideal candidate will have:
* Proven leadership and management experience in a retail or similar environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A strong understanding of customer needs and expectations
We offer a competitive salary package, including:
* £35,000.00 - £43,000.00 per annum, depending on experience
