We have an exciting new vacancy for a conference and Banqueting administrator to join our team at The Royal Bath Hotel in Bournemouth. The Royal Bath holds the distinction of being Bournemouth's oldest hotel, which opened in June 1838 on Queen Victoria’s coronation day. This 207-bedroom hotel is set within secluded grounds and offers stunning views across the bay.

Your duties will include:
* Handling any enquiries over telephone and email
* Help to plan events whilst communicating client requirements to the operational team
* Ensure all administration work is up to date and thorough
* Booking meetings for our sales managers
* Conducting show rounds of our hotel to potential clients
The ideal candidate will be organised and efficient in Microsoft Office with excellent communication skills.
