Be on the NHSE medical performers list. and skills, including: Good understanding and experience of chronic disease management, and primary prevention and screening services. Ability to take responsibility for your own career development, learning and performance and are responsible for ensuring that all your mandatory training is in date. Awareness of and compliance with all relevant practice policies and guidelines, e.g. prescribing, confidentiality, data protection, health and safety. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in a confidential manner. About Us We are a 4 partner practice with over 13,500 patients, operating from premises that were formerly Ipswich Hospital radiology department, which lends itself perfectly to the workflows of a busy town centre practice. We have a high QOF achievement. Alongside our partners we also have a further 4 salaried GPs, advanced nurse practitioner, paramedic, 5 practice nurses and 2 HCAs. We also have regular mental health team support, with a presence on site almost daily, a pharmacy team and a weekly physiotherapy service – dedicated to back and neck support for our patients.
