Program Manager - CDP Transformation - London/Hybrid - £Negotiable depending on experience - 12 Month FTC - J12850

This team focuses on leveraging consumer insights and predictive analytics to drive personalised consumer experiences at scale. The team manages all aspects of market research, customer segmentation, first party data build-up, and consumer activation along the consumer journey for all brands and channels across the global organisation.
Seeking an experienced Programme Manager to coordinate and manage the CDP implementation project. The ideal candidate will have exceptional stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and execution capabilities, and proven experience leading global, cross-functional teams and driving enterprise-wide adoption seamlessly.
Duties
1. Work with IT and 3rd party PMs to lead and drive integrated program plan across all related projects; CDP implementation, decommissioning of data containers, campaign and model migration.
2. Manage and coordinate cross-functional resources/activities across technology, operations, business, and other groups involved.
3. Oversee planning, coordination, execution, and monitoring of all program delivery activities adhering to defined timelines and milestones.
4. Facilitate change management and drive adoption across stakeholder groups, addressing resistance and ensuring all impacted parties are aligned.
5. Work closely with business/campaign owners on migration plans from current systems to new CDP platform. Maximize platform utilization in campaign migration.
6. Establish framework for program knowledge management - build repositories, drive version control, enable effective coordination and sharing across teams.
7. Manage risks, dependencies, escalations, and develop contingency plans proactively to prevent/minimize project delays.
8. Provide and create communications for regular program updates and status reporting to executive sponsors and governance bodies.
Skills
1. Experience leading large, complex technology/digital transformation programs in matrix environments.
2. Proven expertise in program/project management methodologies and tools (e.g. Agile, Waterfall).
3. Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across all levels.
4. Excellent planning, organizational, and risk management capabilities.
5. Experience managing global, cross-functional teams and offshore/onshore delivery models.
6. Problem-solving aptitude and ability to navigate ambiguity.
7. Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills.
8. Prior experience in Customer Data Platform (CDP) implementation a plus.
9. PMP or equivalent program management certification preferred.
