* Linemanaging a small team and supporting SHE Advisors with duties anddevelopment (2-3, could increase upto6)
Ensuring timely andconsistent advice, support, coaching and governance of SHEstandards andlegislation Supporting the developmentof an improved safety culture within the Submarines function andthe SHE improvementprogramme Providing professionalaccountable interface with all stakeholders including functionalleads, regulators, contractors, andcustomers Contributing to audits andaccident/near miss investigations, producing comprehensive reportswith root causeanalysis
Yourskills and experiences:
* Linemanagementexperience
Experience supporting themanagement and Health and Safety Risk processes in a high riskenvironment NEBOSH Diploma or workingtowards Experience deliveringtraining or coaching
* Audit andinvestigation skills
* Experience of working in a Construction environment orwithin the Submarine enterprise orsimilar
