Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver dynamic lessons in Business and IT to KS3 and KS4 students and eventually KS5. Encourage innovation and critical thinking, inspiring students to explore the worlds of business and technology. Regularly evaluate and track student performance, providing feedback and support to ensure progress. Play an active role in shaping and enhancing the department’s curriculum and extracurricular programs. Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment that reflects the school’s core values. Key Skills and Attributes: Strong knowledge of Business Studies and IT, with the ability to bring real-world relevance to the classroom. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective engagement with students, staff, and parents. A creative and adaptable teaching approach to meet the diverse needs of learners.
