Kelmore Ltd in Chorley are recruiting for an Apprentice Customer Services Administrator. The successful candidate will work towards completing a Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner apprenticeship over the duration of 16 months.
Your duties as an Apprentice Customer Services Administrator at Kelmore would include:
• working closely with the customer service manager to provide excellent service and support to customers
• handling any enquiries and requests
• communicate with customers and colleagues via telephone, email and in person
• filing
• entering data
• document management
Requirements:
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Three GCSE's at a grade 4/C
