Our team in Starbucks is currently looking for Regional manager to lead the Scotland and Northern Area Managers, provide support and coach. If you are a hard-working, success-driven and motivated and energetic individual, HERE YOU BELONG!!!
What will my role look like as a Regional Manager?
As a Regional Manager, you will be responsible for stores across your assigned geographical region and their performance. Developing and maintaining a positive relationship with your area managers will be the key to success while ensuring they are reaching their full potential by setting objectives and targets for both them and their stores, checking their performance development and recognizing their accomplishments!
As a business we would also root for a regional manager who would drive revenue, profitability and ensuring standards are met as well as increasing the sales and profits using your financial management and leadership skills.
What would my main responsibilities be?

1. Regularly meet with Area Managers to discuss performance, suggest improvements, and develop strategies.
2. Drive sales, reduce waste, and improve efficiency by reviewing processes and adapting as needed.
3. Monitor financial performance, including P&L trends, budgets, sales reports, and cost controls, taking corrective action when necessary.
4. Ensure compliance with operating procedures, conduct store audits, and address stock control issues.
5. Communicate promotions effectively to teams and provide support to achieve company goals.
