We are looking for an English and German-speaking Solutions Consultant who enjoys solving customers’ marketing problems and demonstrating how our software provides value relative to those problems. In this role you will work directly with the sales team to understand the needs of our customers, strategize on how to navigate winning sales cycles, provide compelling value-based demonstrations, and ultimately close business.
As a Siteimprove Solutions Consultant, you must share our passion for helping our customers to transform their content into winning customer experiences to drive revenue. You are naturally curious. You thrive in a dynamic environment and have the flexibility and willingness to jump in and get things done. You are comfortable in both a business and technical context, interacting with Marketers, as well as technical audiences, about our data-driven approach to empower marketing teams to deliver content optimized for digital accessibility, SEO, and marketing campaigns.
What you will be doing
* Present Siteimprove’s Platform, technology, and vision to marketing leaders and technical teams at prospects and customers
* Work with prospects and customers to demonstrate and communicate the value of Siteimprove’s Platform throughout the sales cycle, from discovery through demo to close
* Immerse yourself in the ever-evolving industry, maintaining a deep understanding of competitive and complementary technologies and vendors, and how to position Siteimprove in relation to them in a variety of different industries.
* Collaborate with Product Management and Marketing to continuously improve Siteimprove’s solutions and messaging
* Occasionally attend conferences, tradeshows, and other company functions necessary to perform duties, possibly including international travel
What we will require of you
* Fluent in both English and German
* As a Solutions Consultant, you have experience and competence in the following areas: Digital Marketing, including Google Ads, e-commerce, SEO, and marketing campaigns, and Presales and Sales Engineering, with an emphasis on Value Selling
* Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance your technical proficiency. Provide guidance on best practices and ensure the adoption of industry standards.
* Experience maintaining strong relationships with key clients and internal stakeholders acting as a trusted advisor on technical matters. Address client concerns and proactively identify opportunities for additional value.
* Experience leading critical work with different functional groups and levels of employees to effectively provide field feedback on product requirements and market trends
* Expert-level presenting experience to audiences and being on a “virtual stage” with eyes on you. More importantly, you understand how to read an audience and can put them at ease, understanding their problems and building solutions that solve them.
* You take coaching well and welcome good feedback as vital to your development

What we will love about you
* Experience with all aspects of digital marketing (digital analytics, paid search, etc.).
* Deep experience with a variety of Digital Marketing tools and services (Moz, Brightedge, Google Ads, Kenshoo, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.).
* Exceptional oral and written English communication skills.
* Previous experience within a Digital Marketing Agency or as a Digital Marketing Consultant.
Base pay will depend on the position, individual qualifications, market, and other operational business needs.
