Air Conditioning Installation Engineer – Hampshire
Permanent/Full time: Mon-Fri (part-time (pro-rata) 4 days per week considered for right candidate)
Day to day work will be varied, dealing with varied systems to suit bespoke HVAC projects, including standard split Air Conditioning, VRV systems, residential Ventilation and specialist Wine Cellar cooling. As our focus is on specialist systems, a willingness to learn and problem solve is just as important as experience. Our customers have come to expect a high quality from our work; therefore, a high amount of care is required. As an installation engineer, you will be expected to work independently, showing initiative and responsibility. That said, we don’t expect you to know everything, and full support is always available from senior engineers.
Qualifications & Experience
1. Proven experience installing Air Conditioning and Ventilation.
2. Knowledge of VRV, Multi-split, and Ventilation systems.
3. Educated to NVQ level 2 or higher in an associated trade subject.
4. F-gas certificate.
5. Full UK driving licence.
6. Experience working with a range of manufacturers and systems – typically they will be installing standard split AC systems, VRV systems, residential ventilation, and specialist low temp wine cellar cooling.

2. Flexible: respond to business needs and demonstrate an ability and willingness to work independently and also within a close-knit team.
3. Customer service skills: have great communication skills to deal directly with clients, be it the end user or the primary contractor, and uphold the company’s high reputation.
4. Problem solving: be able to think through problems and apply general theories to equipment which you may not have encountered previously.
5. Attention to detail: the ability to work to a high standard.
