Customer Care Lead – Part Time, Permanent

Cameron Hall Homes, an executive new house builder based in Wynyard, is seeking a Customer Care Lead to join our dynamic team. Renowned for our high specification, energy efficient homes and commitment to excellence, we pride ourselves on creating luxury homes tailored to the modern purchaser.
About the Role
As the Customer Care Lead, you will be the driving force behind our commitment to outstanding customer satisfaction. This is a pivotal role where you will manage the customer care journey post legal completion, ensuring our homeowners feel valued and supported every step of the way, post-completion. This role is a part time role of 15 hours per week over two or three days.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and oversee the customer care function of the business, fostering a culture of excellence and responsiveness.
2. Implement customer care strategies that enhance the homeowner experience.
3. Act as the main point of contact for escalated customer concerns, providing solutions efficiently and empathetically.
4. Coordinate with construction, sales and subcontractors to ensure seamless communication and resolution of any issues.
5. Track and analyse customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans.
6. Update the HousebuilderPro CRM system on progress to accurately report to the company progress and defect rectification completion and capture cost.
7. Manage customer care policies, procedures, and service standards to maintain our reputation for quality and reliability.
8. Attend warranty provider claim investigation meetings if and when required.
What We’re Looking For
1. Proven experience in a customer service or customer care role, ideally within the new home construction sector.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting relationships.
3. A proactive problem solver with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
4. An in-depth knowledge of house construction and experience in New Build.
5. Attention to detail and a commitment to upholding high standards of service.
6. Familiarity with CRM systems, Microsoft Office and be computer literate with the ability to analyse data for continuous improvement.
7. A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
8. An understanding of the New Homes Quality Code, the Consumer Code and New Homes Ombudsman Service.
