On behalf of a company offering high-quality accommodation to both professionals and students, we are looking for a Property Site Manager in Leeds.
Employment Details:
* Full-time / Permanent
* Managing a lettings team to ensure the maximum possible occupancy levels and ensuring that all correct procedures are followed in the arranging of tenancies.
* Managing a maintenance team, to ensure that the buildings and grounds are always maintained and run to the highest standard.
* To be responsible for cleaning, health and safety, and security of all the site and the grounds.
* Plan and manage the summer change of student tenants, including the move in and out days and the welcome and induction of arriving students.
Principal duties include:

Does this sound like you?
* Ideally, you will have operational management experience within a property, residential, retail, facilities, or hospitality environment with excellent staff management skills.
* You will have a hands-on approach, with strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with others and build effective working relationships.
* Knowledge, understanding, and commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of students.
* You will also have a good level of IT skills and experience using Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc).
