Senior Scheme Administrator
Location: Stoke-on-Trent
Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday - Friday
Our Opportunity:
Davies are looking to recruit an experienced Scheme Administrator to join our growing Casualty team. The successful candidate will ideally have experience with leasehold agreements and land registry searches, good time management skills, and the ability to prioritise their workload effectively.
A Glimpse into Your Daily Responsibilities:
* Monitor and manage online portals, downloading documentation and attaching to correct files.
* Review Excel enquiry spreadsheets, cross-checking against our internal data to confirm potential matches and carrying out further investigations.
* Review and update monthly bordereaux, ensuring data analysis is correct before issuing to the client.
* Answer telephone calls as required and deal with general enquiries.
* Photocopying/scanning.
* Other tasks to support the business plan as necessary to ensure company objectives are met.
Abilities And Knowledge:
* Experience with leasehold agreements.
* Experience with land registry searches.
* A good standard of written English.
* Previous experience in an administration role.
* Familiarity with standard office packages such as Word and Excel.
* Demonstrate a high level of accuracy in data input and attention to detail.
* Proactive and resilient, capable of managing a variety of tasks.
* Provide solutions rather than problems – show initiative.
* Work to deadlines to achieve client service level agreements in a changing environment.
* Demonstrate effective management of time and resources.
* Identify when guidance is required from other team members on decision making.
* Exhibit evidence of being an effective team member, communicating positively with colleagues.
* Willingness to be closely supervised when necessary to ensure accuracy and compliance.
* Able to demonstrate effective customer service skills, actively seeking and responding to feedback.
