Our client is looking for a Support Officer to start on the 17th February 2025.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Answering the phone and dealing with queries from residents.
2. Updating the spreadsheet with new subscriptions.
3. Taking payments over the phone.
4. Monitoring the share inbox.
Skills:
1. Must have knowledge of Microsoft & Microsoft Teams.
2. Must have good communication skills and must be a team worker.
3. Must have good customer service skills.
4. Must have a keen eye for detail and be good at data inputting and accuracy.
The role is paying £11.44ph and the working hours are Monday to Friday - 08:30 - 15:30.
