Eastlight is looking for a proactive and results-driven Programme Manager for our Assets Team. As a Programme Manager, you will play a critical part in efficiently and strategically managing our housing assets, contributing to the well-being of our residents and the overall success of our organisation. An ideal candidate should have experience and expertise with heating and/or rewiring, as these skills are desirable for the contracts related with this work, including both household and commercial projects. They would also have a track record of completing projects in residential settings and property refurbishments, excel at budget management and customer service, while knowledgeable with JCT contracts and up to speed on UK and EU compliance standards. Key Responsibilities: Efficient Asset Management: Create and implement efficient asset management techniques to ensure our housing portfolio's continual improvement and optimisation. Contract Management: Supervise the timely and cost-effective delivery of contracts and works while upholding high quality standards and adhering to legislative and regulatory regulations. Property Surveys and Specifications: Conduct property surveys and develop specifications and work schedules for tender processes to ensure value for money and compliance with our goals. Asset Management Strategy: Work with the team to achieve the objectives established in our Asset Management Strategy, such as reaching EPC and Net Carbon Zero targets. Customer and Community pleasure: Ensure safe, high-quality houses and communities to prioritise customer and client pleasure. Financial Management: Effectively manage budgets, maximising asset returns while preserving financial transparency.
