Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) – Alternative Provision College, Worthing Location: Worthing, West Sussex Pay: £100 per day Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday Teaching Personnel is recruiting on behalf of an Alternative Provision College in Worthing for a dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to support the pastoral needs of secondary-aged pupils with complex behaviour and trauma-related additional needs. About the Role: As an HLTA, you will play a key role in supporting students' emotional, social, and academic development within a specialist educational setting. Your focus will be on building strong relationships and creating a safe, structured, and supportive environment for pupils facing significant challenges in their education.
