The role will include property management and personal admin support for this dynamic and friendly family. Flexible hours split between WFH and the main house. Ke y Responsibilities: Overseeing household staff and resolving maintenance issues at the principal residence Supervising day-to-day management of a portfolio of rental properties including refurbishment projects and keeping accounts Liaising with architects, designers and contractors Assisting with event management from family parties to on-site events Managing household admin, travel arrangements, diary management, personal correspondence We are looking for: A candidate with outstanding organisational and multi-tasking abilities with a proven track record in a similar role. We need someone who can hunt out exceptional contractors/suppliers and make sure they deliver on time and in budget and who is prepared to think creatively and cost-effectively and not just default to the easy answer. An impeccable eye for detail, excellent IT skills and an ability to use initiative and work independently are essential as is a willingness to turn your hand to anything to streamline life for the principals and their family.
