The Role
Reporting to the Commercial Director, you’ll be responsible for shaping and delivering our field sales customer acquisition strategy, ensuring we maximise take-up of our broadband services. Your focus will be on:
* Leading and inspiring our direct and indirect field sales teams to deliver results
* Owning the strategy – continuously refining and improving our approach
* Using data to drive results – turning insights into action
* Motivating and mentoring – leading and developing Regional Sales Managers to excel in their roles, developingcustomer obsessed and results driven teams
* Delivering strong performance – meeting and exceeding our acquisition targets
About You
We’re looking for a dynamic, results-driven leader with a strong background in field sales leadership and a proven track record in high-growth customer acquisition. You will:
* Have proven experience leading large field sales teams and delivering outstanding results
* Be data-driven, with the ability to analyse performance and forecast accurately
* Be a strong communicator and motivator, able to get the best out of your teams
* Thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
* Have a customer-first mindset, ensuring excellence at every touchpoint
* Experience in the telecommunications sector would be ideal but not essential

Location: Based from home with frequent travel to all our regions(North West proximity preferred due to the locations of our regions)
Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 base DOE + commission
