England: 62,495 Pro Rata, Per Annum (Actual salary 53,600 for term time working)
London: 67,000 Pro Rata, Per Annum, (Actual Salary 57,465 for Term Time Only working)

Full time covering all our schools in our portfolio - see website for full list of locations
Part time covering our group of schools across the Midlands and North West / Part time covering our group of schools in South London and Kent
Hours: Full or Part Time Considered
Driving licence and access to a car required (travel expenses paid from home address)

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated HCPC Registered Educational Psychologist to join our team, delivering evidence-based, therapeutic care in line with Horizon's SHINE Therapeutic Model of Care. You will work across multiple schools as part of a Multidisciplinary team supporting Young People with social, emotional and Mental Health needs as well as Neurodiverse conditions such as ASD. In addition, you will provide advice, modelling and support to our education teams. This role will have significant input into shaping growth of the organisation to deliver traded services such as assessments and training.
What you'll get to do:
* Contribute to the scoping and implementation for areas of growth in the organisation
* Support with development of revenue streams for the division
* Accreditation of training and support packages
* Engage with our children/young people and colleagues to promote constructive working relationships.
* Provide consultation, support and guidance to colleagues to develop therapeutically informed relationships with young people and to develop appropriate behaviour support and care planning strategies.
* Develop and contribute to the development, delivery and evaluation of therapeutic and psychological training.
* Deliver evidence based therapeutic and psychologically led care which conforms to their own ethical standards and is in line with Horizon's Values and SHINE Therapeutic Model of Care.
* Undertake appropriate CPD activities in order to maintain HCPC standards of proficiency.
* Visit each of our schools in our portfolio at least once per month
What we're looking for from you:
* Doctorate in Educational Psychology.
* Professional registration as an Educational Psychologist with the HCPC.
* Innovative with an interest in project work to support the growth of the organisation
* Be values lead.
* Clear and concise communication skills.
* Knowledge and skills of psychotherapeutic approaches, relevant to Looked after Children.
* Knowledge of legislation in relations to trauma, young people, mental health, or Looked after Children.
* Understanding of Ofsted regulations for Independent Schools.
* Ability to provide onsite support for each school on a termly basis.
* Post qualification training in dyslexia assessment is desirable.
