Netherbrook Primary School, part of The Elliot Foundation Academies Trust, is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and friendly individual to join our Site Team as a part time Assistant Site Manager. They are creative and imaginative and persevere to overcome any difficulties that they may face. The Assistant Site manager will, with the current Site Manager, provide an in-house maintenance and security service to the school and manage the school cleaning team. They should be able to work individually or as part of a team and will be required to work to a specified standard in all areas of the school. They should be able to offer flexibility and be willing to alter their hours in the event of sickness/absence or in line with maintenance requirements. The role may involve working a split shift system. Previous experience of maintenance in a professional/work environment would be preferred but is not essential. The individual should, however, be competent in basic building repairs and maintenance, and grounds maintenance. Use of small industrial/electrical/mechanical equipment will be necessary. The successful applicant will be required to complete a Health Declaration and a Disclosure and Barring Service check.
