Job summary An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 7 Practice Development Midwife (PDM) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in advancing and enhancing the quality of care in our Maternity Department. Your primary focus will be to support junior midwives as they navigate their clinical practice, helping them build confidence and competence in their new roles. As a PDM, you will design, implement, and evaluate educational and developmental programs tailored for midwives and other healthcare professionals, all aimed at improving clinical practices and patient outcomes.
