What You’ll Do:
1. Perform exterior pest control treatments at residential properties.
2. Identify and treat pest habitats while following state and company safety regulations.
3. Educate customers on pest prevention and answer any questions.
4. Maintain equipment and keep accurate service records.

What We’re Looking For:
1. Valid driver’s license with a clean record – Must be licensed for a minimum of one year.
2. Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
3. Physically capable – Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs, including a backpack sprayer.
4. Strong attention to detail, time management, and customer service skills.

Minimum Qualifications:
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
3. Ability to obtain a state pesticide applicator’s license (paid training and certification provided for non-licensed new hires).
4. Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions and performing physical labor, including extensive walking, lifting to 50 pounds, and carrying a backpack sprayer, for extended periods of time.
5. Ability to climb ladders when necessary for inspections or applications.
6. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict safety protocols.
7. Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
8. Ability to work independently while adhering to company procedures and best practices.
9. Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
10. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, Evolve, Paylocity, and other mobile technology used for reporting and scheduling.
11. Strong team player with a commitment to promoting company values.
12. Satisfactory references from employers and/or professional peers.
13. Successful completion of criminal background check and drug screening.
Physical Requirements:
* Frequent standing, walking, and bending while performing exterior treatments.
* Ability to carry and operate a 50-pound backpack sprayer for extended periods.
* Climbing ladders as needed for inspections or applications.
* Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception.
