Sue Ross Recruitment is on the lookout for a Part-Time Accounts & Payroll Office Manager to become part of our small, friendly team in the heart of S11. We’re based in gorgeous offices with on-site parking, and we pride ourselves on our flexible, supportive, and collaborative environment.
This role is part-time (ideally 3 days per week, but we’re open to flexibility) and covers a variety of finance tasks. It’s perfect for someone who enjoys autonomy, variety, and a genuinely lovely place to work.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process weekly payroll and pension payments
* Prepare and submit quarterly VAT returns
* Manage purchase and sales ledgers
* Handle bank reconciliations and journal entries
* Coordinate insurance renewals and obtain quotations
* Oversee day-to-day accounts up to trial balance
* Provide regular management reports
What You’ll Bring:
* Strong experience in accounts and payroll
* Proficiency with Sage
* Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* A friendly, flexible attitude and the ability to work independently
