Job Summary
We're on the hunt for a talented Senior Chef de Partie to join our passionate team. As a key member of our kitchen, you'll be working across all areas, supporting our sous chefs and head chef.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the head chef and sous chefs in managing kitchen operations.
* Work across all areas of the kitchen, including cooking, plating, and presentation.
* Collaborate with the team to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
* Participate in menu planning and development.
* Contribute to maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

About You
You may have experience in catering as a chef, line cook, breakfast chef, section chef, or chef de partie in a restaurant, gastro pub, or the wider hospitality sector. If you're passionate about fresh food cookery, we'd love to hear from you.
