The role is a hybrid locum position with an expected duration of 26 weeks, offering full-time hours of 37 per week. Your week will consist of working Monday to Friday with scheduled hours from 09:00 to 17:30, except on Fridays when your day winds up at 17:00. What you will do: Conduct thorough assessments and manage cases within the Adult Safeguarding Team ensuring the well-being and safety of vulnerable adults. Develop, implement, and review care plans tailored to individual needs. Work closely with families, carers, and other professionals in multi-disciplinary teams to ensure a coordinated approach to care. Provide expert advice on safeguarding matters. Keep accurate and timely records of all work undertaken. Ensure compliance with current legislation, policy, and best practice. This role requires strong communication skills, innovation, and a proactive attitude. You must have at least three years of post-qualifying experience within a Safeguarding Team and be a licensed driver with access to a vehicle. You could be based at either Kings House or Shire Hall.
