This is a full-time, permanent role with hybrid working, and a salary of £27,372 - £31,169 per annum.

This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic Digital Support Officer to join our Digital Transformation team.
The Role:
As a Digital Officer, you will report to our Senior Digital Development Officer. You will be responsible for developing the CRM and promoting the website as an accessible and user-friendly self-service portal for internal and external customers.
Your role will involve:
* Provide support for the CMS and CRM systems and the Senior Digital Development Officer in delivering efficient and effective services to a diverse range of customers.
* Actively promote the website as an accessible and user-friendly self-service portal for internal and external customers.
* Work closely with services to plan and execute upgrades and system developments. Assist the Senior Digital Development Officers during the implementation phase to ensure smooth transitions.
* Collaborate closely with service teams to identify areas for improving website functionality.
