We are recruiting a Sous/Second chef to work alongside the head chef in the Gower Swansea area. Key responsibilities include writing menus, covering for the head chef, arranging and organizing the kitchen, and working evenings and weekends as per bookings. Prior experience in this role is required. A reliable form of transport is also necessary. The role is paid at a minimum of £16 per hour for 40 hours, increasing to a maximum of £16 per hour for 50 hours during peak/summer season.
